EWTN: Mother Angelica calls our nation to prayer

Mother Angelica calls for a Holy Hour for God's Mercy during the election season, and makes an appeal to vote for life. It's heart-wrenching.

 Listening to Mother Angelica describe a partial birth abortion might just break your heart.

 This November, please remember to vote for life. https://www.facebook.com/ewtnonline/videos/10154139382282582/

The Crown and Completion of All Sanctities

A new book has just come out by Daniel S. O’Connor that draws upon the approved texts of The Gift of
Living in the Divine Will. It is an excellent introduction to the spirituality and writings of Luisa Picarretta that will help to answer many basic questions on the coming “era of peace” when this “gift” will be fully realized in the Church.

God IS in Charge

Call Upon Mary

Pray for America.

“Look to the star of the sea, call upon Mary … in danger, in distress, in doubt, think of Mary, call upon Mary. May her name never be far from your lips, or far from your heart … If you follow her, you will not stray; if you pray to her, you will not despair; if you turn your thoughts to her, you will not err. If she holds you, you will not fall; if she protects you, you need not fear; if she is your guide, you will not tire; if she is gracious to you, you will surely reach your destination.” – St. Bernard

America, Defend Life

My main focus as I voted today.  If we don't get this right, nothing else really matters:

“America you are beautiful…and blessed…. The ultimate test of your greatness is the way you treat every human being, but especially the weakest and most defenseless. If you want equal justice for all and true freedom and lasting peace, then America, defend life.”
 ~  Pope St. John Paul II

Lord, Make America Great Again, By YOUR Greatness

America will only be made great again, when we humble ourselves and come back to God,
with our whole heart.
Lord, make America Blessed again, by YOUR Greatness.
 Renew our nation as "One Nation Under God".
We ask this in prayer and thanksgiving,
in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Trump on EWTN

Tomorrow I'm going to Early Vote, I will be voting for someone that I could never  have imagined voting for just a few months ago. But after lots of reading, praying, listening to Priests and many Catholic people I highly respect, including my 'spiritual adviser',  I have finally come to the decision to vote for this man, and pray for him unceasingly. Our country needs a strong leader, who supports Life and Liberty. He is the only choice left, now, that makes any sense, and gives our country any hope. May God be with him and guide him.

Catholic Marriage, A Domestic Church

"Christian marriage, as a reflection of the union between Christ and His Church, is fully realized in the union between a man and a woman who give themselves to each other in a free, faithful and exclusive love; who belong to each other until death; and are open to the transmission of life, consecrated by the Sacrament, which grants them the grace to become a 'domestic church' and a leaven of new life for society.."

The Lord is My Light and My Salvation

Psalm 27

Of David.

The Lord is my light and my salvation
    whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
    of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked advance against me
    to devour[a] me,
it is my enemies and my foes
    who will stumble and fall.
Though an army besiege me,
    my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
    even then I will be confident.
One thing I ask from the Lord,
    this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
    all the days of my life,
to gaze on the beauty of the Lord
    and to seek him in his temple.
For in the day of trouble
    he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent
    and set me high upon a rock.
Then my head will be exalted
    above the enemies who surround me;
at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy;
    I will sing and make music to the Lord.
Hear my voice when I call, Lord;
    be merciful to me and answer me.
My heart says of you, “Seek his face!
    Your face, Lord, I will seek.
Do not hide your face from me,
    do not turn your servant away in anger;
    you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsake me,
    God my Savior.
10 Though my father and mother forsake me,
    the Lord will receive me.
11 Teach me your way, Lord;
    lead me in a straight path
    because of my oppressors.
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
    for false witnesses rise up against me,
    spouting malicious accusations.
13 I remain confident of this:
    I will see the goodness of the Lord
    in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the Lord;
    be strong and take heart
    and wait for the Lord.
